Mr. Denson co-founded two investment companies, Alpha Liquidity Ltd, a UK-based data company focused on finding inefficiencies in US and European public equity options markets, as well as, an investment management company that focused on publicly traded metals and mining company equities, as well as special situations.  The second company raised first loss capital as well as SPV funding for two hard metal mining companies.  Mr. Denson previously was an attorney in Los Angeles, CA.  He is a graduate of the University of Chicago.
